We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand-new company:
Kind Crew Productions “Healing The World One Show At A Time”.The world can be a pretty scary, unkind place, and this is our way of fighting back. We are going to be curating live EDM/Hip Hop Events, in the Central Maine area. Everyone will be welcome regardless of age, sex, gender identity, political views etc. We want to make a safe, inclusive and fun environment, where you will be seen, and free to express yourself! These events are sorely lacking in our area, and we are going to be bringing the party to your backyard!
I have been throwing parties since the late 90’s. I worked as promoter for the legendary Club Freedom, in Tempe, AZ, in 2002. I co-owned Flophouse records in the early 2000’s, selling out shows featuring Sean Kingston, Papoose, Clipse, Norega, Cassidy, Juvenille, Termanology, Cormega, Bubba Sparxx, 50 Cent and many more!
We have now come full circle and are going to be bringing some very special events to the Bangor Area!
Our very first event will be Kind Crew Productions Presents: An Electric Luau “Everybody Gets Lei’d” Saturday, May 2nd.
This will be an unforgettable evening, featuring a Hawaiian/Tropical theme. Tickets for the event are only going to be $15 until Feb. 28th plus Eventbrite fees. We are limiting capacity to 120 tickets.
There will be a costume contest, with a $50 cash prize for 2nd place, and a $100 cash prize for the best tropical themed costume of the night!
Every ticket will enter you into a drawing, and there will be 3 prizes, picked at random, and announced at 9 pm! 3rd prize will be a Carter’s Kind product valued at $50, 2nd place will receive a Carter’s Kind product valued at $80, and the grand prize winner will receive a Carter’s Kind product valued at $150.
The first 50 people through the door will receive a free King Size Carter’s Kind “gift”.
The venue is conveniently located 10 minutes outside of Bangor in Holden, ME. We will be fully staffed with Kind Crew Team Members to ensure everyone has a safe, and amazing evening. Doors open at 5 PM and music starts at 6 PM.
We are going to have vendor booths featuring “Carter’s Kind”, “Maine-iac Munchies” gourmet candy and custom tumblers, “Mainely Crystals” Rock, Minerals and Crystals, as well as food and Medicinals provided by Dirt Road Café/Dirt Road Acres.
Broken Pixels Apparel will be onsite creating a one of kind piece of art!
Musical artists for our party will feature the following:
- Lord T Double (Hip Hop MC) 6 – 6:30 PM
- Jason Zawodny (Tech House) 6:30 – 7:30 PM
- Timmology (Deep Tech House) 7:30 – 9:00 PM
- Costume Contest and Raffle Winners Announced at 9 PM
- Brandon Sunshine aka Sunshine At Night (Live Analog Techno) 9:15 – 11:15 PM
- Mixed Up Mike (Acid House/Breaks) 11:15 – 1:15 AM
- Jonathan Theory (Progressive House) 1:15 – 3:15 AM
Party will wrap up after Jonathan Theory’s set!
